I’m don't feel fit enough to join — will I hold people back?
No. Every workout is tailored to you. You’ll be supported whether you’re brand new or more experienced.
What if I can’t commit to 3 sessions a week?
That’s okay. Many women start with 1–2 sessions. Plus, you’ll get access to Thrive On-Demand - A collection full of dumbbell only video workouts perfect for solo gym sessions or home workouts and online support so you can stay consistent.
Will this work if I’m perimenopausal or post-menopausal?
Yes. The Consistency Club is designed with women 30–60 in mind, with strategies to support you through multiple seasons of life, enhance your recovery, and improve your energy.
Is this just a gym program?
No. It’s a system for real life: nutrition, energy, stress, and habits — so you stop starting over and finally see lasting results.
Will I be able to fit the club training sessions into my busy schedule?
Club sessions will be available in the gym on the following days & times.

Hi, I'm Marie!
A mum, a personal trainer, and someone who knows firsthand how powerful strength training & community can be.I discovered lifting in my 20s, and it completely transformed how I felt — physically, mentally, emotionally. It helped me manage anxiety, build confidence, and eventually led me to compete in powerlifting and become a PT.But everything shifted when I became a mum. Being consistent wasn't as easy as most fitness trainers would make it out to be (& I already had years of consistent training under my belt!)Some days getting to gym was impossible because I had zero childcare, other days my energy was non existent & I was more isolated than ever before on my fitness journey and I knew I needed to find a solution.Not just for me but for other women who found themselves in a similar position.Weather it was because of kids, career, travel, relocation or just adjusting to different seasons of life.I knew when I returned to the gym I needed to offer something different - something flexible, supportive, personal and realistic.
Something that helped women become consistent both inside and outside of the gym!
